Like the three-cornered shoe in Rebbe Nachman of Breslov’s famous tale, The Sophisticate and the Simpleton, each contribution to this journal is a unique expression and product of the spiritual self of the individual writer, inspired by stories from Rebbe Nachman's Sippurey Maasiot as well as his shorter tales.
In addition to the creative work by the contributors, the journal contains a lesson and writing prompt for you, so you can try your hand at finding yourself in some of the Rebbe's teachings.
Reb Noson, Rebbe Nachman's leading disciple, tells us to find ourselves in Rebbe Nachman's works, and these writers and artists have done so, writing about topics that are meaningful to them as well as the reader.
